Emaar Industries & Investments Acquires Stake In Gutmann, The Region’s Leading Provider Of Architectural Aluminium Glazing Systems

EII will focus on driving the regional geographic growth and new business opportunities of Gutmann Systems Middle East


Emaar Industries & Investments (EII), a private joint stock company and member of Emaar Properties PJSC, has acquired a strategic stake in Gutmann Systems Middle East, the region's leading provider of architectural aluminium glazing systems that support the region's fast-growing construction sector and meet the requirements of modern buildings.

Gutmann Systems Middle East has been associated with several prestigious projects in the region such as the Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa in Dubai, Mixed Tower Developments in Dubai Marina & Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai Creek Harbour, Le Souk in Abu Dhabi, Makkah Royal Clock Tower in Makkah, Concorde Towers in Dubai and Point A in Beirut, among others. EII will support Gutmann Systems Middle East in further strengthening its geographic market reach in the region and to expand business opportunities by providing strategic counsel and market guidance.

Working closely with developers, architects, consultants and contractors, Gutmann specialises in providing workable, engineered design solutions within the commercial, residential, hospitality, leisure and retail building sectors. All Gutmann product systems are designed and developed in-house and tested to international industry standards. Its product range include curtain walls; unitised systems; casement, tilt/turn and pivot windows; casement, sliding, pivot, bi-folding, and minimal frame system doors; and façade lighting and media screens, among others.

With its headquarters, logistics warehouse and aluminium-melting plant in Dubai, Gutmann Systems Middle East has a design office in Amman, Jordan; company office in Beirut, Lebanon; and sales presence in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. The partnership with EII will help to expand the geographic presence.
